GuardSafe Security has been invaluable to Hillview Sober Living LLC. They provide us with a highly trained security guard who is not your typical “tough guy” type. Instead, they’re intelligent and extensively trained in de-escalation, which is critical for our facility.

We house 15 men, many of whom come from prison or have been living on the streets, and most are dealing with dual diagnoses like bipolar disorder or schizophrenia. The security personnel from GuardSafe have consistently handled these challenging situations with incredible professionalism and care. When we’ve needed to remove someone, they’ve always managed to calm the individual down and earn their trust, avoiding any need for violence.
